Noelker and Hull is hiring an entry-level Architectural Associate to join our Chambersburg, Pennsylvania and Frederick, Maryland studios. In this role, the Architectural Associate will assist an architectural design team in production by preparing layouts, details, schedules, and complete architectural drawings and documents for senior living, healthcare, religious, and educational projects.

EXPERIENCE:

• Strong understanding of architectural Autodesk REVIT modeling concepts.
• Understanding of architectural drawings and the ability to produce drawings from the model.
• Able to show understanding of how to coordinate architectural modeling with consulting disciplines, including structural and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing.
• Experience in assisting development of construction documents in a working environment is helpful.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Associates degree in CADD drafting and design or related discipline from an accredited technical school or college/university or in the process of completing the final semester of aforementioned program.
• Proficiency in Autodesk REVIT.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp and Bluebeam Revu preferred.
