Noelker and Hull is recruiting for a Pennsylvania-registered Project Architect to join our team. This position is for our Chambersburg, Pennsylvania studio.

Experience:

  • 5 to 10 years of professional experience is required
  • Analysis of client priorities and needs
  • Concept development of architectural designs
  • Preparation of presentation and design drawings
  • Selection and knowledge of current and appropriate materials and products
  • Effective communication with clients, consultants and internal teams
  • Experience in communicating with contractors during construction
  • Adherence to budget and client standards
  • Assistance in the marketing of the firm’s services

Qualifications:

  • Licensed (Registered Architect) in the State of Pennsylvania
  • Intermediate level of proficiency in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD
  • Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Must have excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills

Other Relevant Information:

  • This position is an EXEMPT position
  • Travel may be required on occasion
