(fer) studio, an award winning architect and design studio located in Inglewood, California, seeks for immediate hire, a qualified project architect candidates with four (4) to eight (8) years of experience working within an architect and small business environment.

GENERAL DUTIES:

• Drawing Set Coordination (hands-on and oversight)
• Consultant coordination oversight in conjunction with Coordinator
• ACAD Drawing Set Development & Implementation (hands-on and oversight)
• Detailing (hands-on and oversight)
• Review and Redline of Project Drawings
• Participate in Client meetings
• Scheduling of project team meetings
• Update of Construction Administration logs (RFI, submittal, etc.)
•  In-house Project Team Coordination:  Project Associates; Project Assistants; Interns 
• Other duties and ad-hoc assignments

 QUALIFICATIONS:

• Licensed Architect with 4-8 years of experience; or non-registered graduate with 8-10 years of experience
• Proficient with the use of AutoCAD, Rhino; Revit
• Working knowledge in the use of Sketchup; 3D Max, Rendering
• Practical knowledgeable and experience with architecture sets / plans
• Exceptional verbal & written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills; good phone and office etiquette
• Proficient with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word and Excel)
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
