SITIO, a dynamic practice of award-winning architects and urbanists is looking for a Lead Project Architect to join us to execute unique, exciting, and challenging projects. We have growth opportunities for a highly driven architect with a strong capacity to work collaboratively, yet independently, in a fast-paced environment. 

As a lead experienced architect you will develop innovative designs in a supportive, collaborative environment while working on all phases of a project from programming and schematic design through construction administration.

Working with us, you will:

• Develop design, coordinate, and complete construction document packages
• Lead coordination and communication with the internal team, client, and consultants to maintain project progress
• Mentor and provide oversight and direction to your project teams
• Coordinate with leadership to establish and maintain project design, project goals, work plans and budgets

Applicants must have enthusiasm and a passion for design, creativity, technical strength, as well as exceptional graphic and communication skills.

This is a full-time position in our Center City Philadelphia office. Bachelor's or Master's in Architecture is required, along with a minimum of 8 years professional experience.
