The marketing coordinator will work with firm principals & the marketing manager to enhance the firm’s visibility through publications, social media, updated website, trade associations, thought leadership, and design awards.
Responsibilities include:
Update and enhance the firm’s marketing plan
Prepare and update templates for hard-copy & digital marketing material
Review and recommend design awards to pursue
Prepare design award presentations
Produce quarterly e-newsletters
Identify and work with consultant PR firm to place project articles, firm and staff profiles, and news
Assist with new website development and populating content
Maintain updated content for website and other internet-based firm and staff profiles
Coordinate monthly meetings with firm principals & internal marketing committee
Monitor RFP/RFQ on trade websites and lead RFP/RFQ document preparation and submissions
Prepare go/ no go assessment matrix for RFP/ RFQs in decision making process with firm principals
Maintain spreadsheet for competitive monitoring of peer firms
Maintain client relations including tracking/recommending charity events for firm to support
The marketing coordinator will be assisted by technical staff and the administrative assistant.
