Van Tilburg, Banvard & Soderbergh, AIA (“VTBS Architects”) is an award-winning architecture and planning firm with offices in Santa Monica, San Jose, and Denver, Colorado.  We are a recognized leader in the design of high-density multi-family residential, senior care, commercial and mixed-use projects.  We currently have an opportunity in our San Jose office for a well-rounded individual who meets the following qualifications: 

• At least 3 to 6 years of experience in Architecture in a U.S.-based firm required
• Degree in Architecture from a United States educational institution required
• Ability to work in a team setting
• Familiarity with Multi-Family and Commercial projects
• Able to communicate effectively with strong verbal skills and in writing
• Strong AutoCAD and presentation skills are required
• Strong graphics skills using Adobe applications with strong proficiency  in Photoshop
• Additional graphic program skills a plus, i.e., Illustrator, Sketch-up, Maxwell, and/or Vray, etc.
• Experience with Microsoft Office
• On track to licensure preferred
• Permanent U.S. Work Status required
• Salary commensurate with experience
