Qualifications

  • Background in architectural design, building construction, and approval process is a must.
  • 5-10 years’ experience managing project delivery and internal team from feasibility through construction for multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Establish schedules, work with team and consultants to prioritize milestones between multiple projects.
  • Skilled in organization, multitasking, and communication.
  • Establish agendas, maintain project status metrics, and manage weekly client meetings.
  • Assist team in navigating municipal processes: zoning ordinances, re-zone process, AHJ and 3rd party approvals.
  • Experience in leading coordination of site planning for private / public utility infrastructure for 10+ acre sites.
  • Software skills to include Excel, database management, Microsoft Project.
  • Ability to plug in where needed, without ego, and support the team at various project phases utilizing software such as Photoshop, InDesign, Powerpoint, Revit, and ACAD in order to meet schedules.

 

Education and Registration

Accredited Bachelor of Architecture or Master of Architecture degree

Registered Architect preferred
