Ryall Sheridan Architects is a small New York City based firm focused on high-end residential, institutional and art galleries with an emphasis on high-performance/environmentally sustainable design.  We are one of the few firms to have completed internationally certified Passive House projects in North America.

We are looking for an intermediate architect with 2-3 years of postgraduate work to join our team and assist with projects at a variety of scales and phases. Candidates must meet the following requirements:

•       Professional BArch or MArch degree required.

•       Minimum 2-3 years of architectural work experience in New York City.

•       Excellent written, verbal, and graphic communication skills.

•       Design skills with different media (physical model building, hand sketching and computer modeling) is a must.

•       Strong skills in creating drawing sets with a clear understanding of materials and detailing.

•       Fluency in Vectorworks and Sketchup is desirable.

•       Must be able to work in a collaborative, proactive and multi-tasking environment.

•      Strong interest in sustainable design and becoming Passive House certified is a plus.
