MINNO & WASKO is currently looking for qualified Architects to fill positions within our firm. This is a salaried full-time position. The Architect will be responsible for Project Development from Schematic Design into Construction Administration, communication with the client, coordination with Engineering Consultants, and coordination with other Architectural staff associated with the project.

Requirements include:

  • 5-10 years’ of experience in architectural design, documentation and construction administration.
  • Professional degree in Architecture required.
  • Registered Architect required.
  • Confidence in project development, including floor plans, elevations, sections and details.
  • Confidence with communication and coordination with the Client and the Engineering Consultants.
  • Candidate will be responsible for leading a team of 3-6 staff on a project from schematic design through contract documents, and into construction administration.
  • Experience in Multi-Family and Mixed-Use project design and development, including mid-rise and high rise buildings preferred.
  • Experience in development of Project Specifications is a plus.
  • Experience in reviewing Building Codes and local regulations.
  • Experience in accessibility code requirements.
  • Proficiency in Revit required.
  • Photoshop, Sketch Up and 3D modeling experience beneficial.
  • Construction Administration experience preferred.
