High end architecture and interior design firm seeks to fill Project Manager/Senior Architect position.

Tasks to include:

• Responsible for managing and leading projects with teams
• Coordination of the design with Clients and Project Consultants
• Preparation of full Construction drawings of Interior Architecture and High-end Millwork
• Coordination of Construction through Construction administration

Requirements for candidates:

• BArch or March required
• Minimum 7 years of post-graduate architectural related office experience
• Strong background in high-end residential and / or hospitality projects
• Experience in all phases from NYC DOB Code, DOB/Landmarks filing, Schematic design through Construction Administration.
• Highly organized, collaborative, and detail oriented
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills
• Proficient in AutoCAD
• Knowledge of Rhino and Adobe Creative Suite are a plus
• Must be currently living in New York area

This is a full-time position with salary based on experience.
