Workshop AD is seeking a Project Designer / Architect with 10+ years of experience to lead project design and documentation on a broad range or projects including multifamily, lowrise, and single-family residential. Successful team members are skilled and creative, collaborative and motivated, and demonstrate experience across a range of housing typologies. 

The ideal candidate for this role has:

a strong interest in efficient and high-performance buildings, systems, assemblies, and details,

an ability to lead teams in the development of design and execution of projects,  

strong design work and graphic communication skills,

clear verbal and written communication skills

a comprehensive and creative understanding of land use and building codes,

a capacity to learn quickly and independently expand their professional knowledge,

detail and task-oriented with a commitment to craft and excellence,

proficiency in AutoCad, Sketchup/3d modeling, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office

adaptability within a fast-paced environment, and

a desire to contribute to a creative office culture and all aspects of a practice.
