We are looking for an Architectural Designer and a Job Captain with great energy, self-motivated, an aptitude for learning new skills, and a positive mindset.

Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship (must already possess long term work authorization)

To apply for the ARCHITECTURAL DESIGNER position, you must:

  • Completed Bachelors of Architecture or Masters of Architecture from an accredited program
  • Be currently living in the Bay Area/California
  • Have at least (2) years of professional experience (post-graduate, internships not included) as an Architectural Designer at a firm
  • Have Revit (mandatory), Photoshop and Excel skills
  • Have basic knowledge of California Building Codes
  • Have a car vehicle to drive to project sites

To apply for the JOB CAPTAIN position, you must (in addition to above):

  • Have at least (2) years of professional experience as a Job Captain in corporate office interiors and commercial projects
  • Have knowledge of egress and ADA codes, California Building Codes, Title 24 requirements and implications
  • Be proficient in Architectural and Interior Design Standards
  • Have Construction Administration experience 


  • Produce architectural drawings and documentation using Revit
  • Participate in all phases of architectural practice
  • Assist with design conception, development and construction documents including other duties as assigned
  • Commit to completing tasks AND be able to communicate to team out loud to resolve dilemmas (errors = delays)
  • Occasional on-site client visits, meetings, observations, field verification and documentation
  • Support in-house team
  • Clearly communicate effectively with clients and sub-contractors

As a M O D U L U S  JOB CAPTAIN, you will (in addition to above):

  • Produce accurate Construction Documents and Details using Revit, including understanding of building codes, project requirements, and permits
  • Be responsible to fully research and coordinate, document and submit, all plan check corrections with applicable city agencies and engineers
  • Assist with construction administration, including answering RFIs, reviewing submittals, and solving construction-related issues in the office and in the field, and provide appropriate direction to GCs/Subs
