Anchor Management Group, LLC. is a dynamic Project Management and Construction firm that has been serving the Mid-Atlantic region since 1980. Our team specializes in planning and managing complex design projects for institutional and commercial projects. We offer both pre-construction and construction management services.  Our collaborative approach, expertise in both design and field experience make us unique.  We are seeking highly motivated design professional to join our team as a Project Manager. The ideal candidate will be looking for long term growth within our organization.  We offer competitive salary and benefits package.

Core responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  •   Assist Senior Project Manager on large scale projects and manage small to mid-size project independently
  • Organize and coordinate meetings with consultants, clients, and vendors
  • Develop and manage project milestone schedules
  • Conceptualize and evaluate design approaches from an aesthetic, functionality, and constructability perspective
  • Coordinate with design professionals
  • Review design documents and redline drawings
  • Develop and coordinate FF&E packages
  •  Assist with project zoning, permitting, and bidding
  • Review shop drawings
  •  Take initiative to complete work


  •  Professional degree in Architecture preferred
  • 5-10 years of experience working on Architecture projects preferred
  • Experience in all phases of the project (from design through construction administration).  Experience in Private and Independent Schools are a plus
  •  Knowledge of building codes, construction detailing and materials
  •  Experience with Construction Administration
  • Project management and organizational skills
  •  Proficiency with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite. Adobe Creative Suite, Bluebeam Revu, and Procore Construction Software knowledge are a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and multi-tasking experience
  •  Great communication skills, common sense, leadership, and ownership
  •  Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
  •  Self-motivated, team oriented, and flexible
