The Creative Producer position at Kilograph is responsible for both oversight of day-to-day creative work and the communication of this work our to our clients.  The producer's primary focus is on best practices for project organization and effective communication both internally and externally. Creative Producers at Kilograph are collaborators, problem solvers, and listeners. They are people persons who keep things moving inside and out. This is a hybrid position with part time attendance in our Los Angeles Studio required each week.

Kilograph's Creative Producers are ambassador for the Company within the broader community and demonstrate leadership, interpersonal, and solution-based management skills at every turn.

 Specifics of the job

  • Managing day-to-day client communications and client expectations; Prepare and lead efficient client meetings and presentations
  • Lead a team of designers, artists, and developers on various projects
  • Define production schedules, timelines and budgets, and ensure projects are on scope, time, and budget while meeting client requirements and SOW
  • Provide support for new business proposals
  • Oversee design asset production, animation, and video development
  • Provide technical support and relevant training for clients


  • At least 5 years experience as a creative producer or interactive project manager with a proven experience in managing successful end-to-end marketing projects.
  • Highly organized and process-oriented with an ability to handle multiple deliverables and project details within tight deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving skills, positive and professional team-player
  • Great interpersonal skills and experience in building strong client relationships
  • Proven knowledge and experience in website development processes and methodologies including requirements gathering, IA/UX, visual design, development and testing
  • Operational knowledge of 3D modeling, animation, visualization workflows
  • Operational knowledge of branding and communication design
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of web-based project management and organizational tools, familiarity with G-suite, adobe products
  • Interest in architecture and design and/ or experience project managing in design-related industry
