Jane Kim Design is a collaborative design firm based in New York City. Our focus is on creating innovative design solutions using in depth research and creative problem solving. We are a small boutique office where team members are able to work on all aspects of the design and construction process. We work primarily on high end residential projects in and around the city. 

Jane Kim Design is seeking a Junior architect to join our team. 

Job Requirements:

• Demonstrated creative abilities, such as sketching, conceptual rendering, and space planning.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while also managing multiple concurrent assignments.
• Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Ability to create presentation level 3D renderings.
• Applicants should already reside in NYC and/or be able to start immediately.
• Minimum 1-2 years experience.

Requirements for application

• A degree from an NAAB accredited school of architecture.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
