The ideal candidate excels working with and growing teams. They will be comfortable in managing individuals and teams and have a creative skillset which enables them to brainstorm new initiatives to grow our talent pool. Focuses on the human first and ensuring our current team is fulfilled and challenged in their current role.


  • Design and implement programs that aim to attract, measure, develop and manage an organization's talent pool
  • Handle all basic H/R functions for our team including: increasing and reducing staff levels, time off requests, benefits management, onboarding and offboarding responsibilities, etc
  • Creates new programs and work with marketing for increasing our access to talent in our field


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 8-15 years experience in talent and human resource management ideally in architecture, construction or development
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities

**This position is currently remote but may need to come in office when necessary. Remote status is subject to change at any time. Required to be local in Southern California area. Office is located in Irvine, CA.
