We are currently seeking an Architectural Associate to join our team. Applicants should have a strong interest in the built environment and be enthusiastic about teamwork and design research, possess excellent writing skills, rendering skills, and have a thoughtful and professional disposition towards clients. The successful applicant will work collaboratively in developing projects through all phases of design and construction. Qualified candidates will possess a Professional (BArch) or Master’s degree in architecture and possess 2-3 years of experience.
Experience must clearly show a strong creative design portfolio, which is essential for this position, along with strong project leadership. Candidates must demonstrate ability to integrate into all project phases and should possess an interest in developing a strong technical knowledge of architectural systems that would be required by corporate, hospitality, residential and mixed-use project interiors.

• Work effectively with designers, consultants, and contractors
• Communicate clearly with peers and principals regarding goals and guidelines
• Overcome design and detailing challenges with critical problem-solving skills
• Produce high quality work within designated deadlines and budgets
• Be flexible in transitioning onto different projects, providing support wherever needed

• Proficiency in 3D modeling, visualization, and graphic software; Revit / AutoCAD / Rhino strongly preferred.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Problem solving skills, attention to detail, and motivation to learn.
• Time management & multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently on projects.
• Legal US work status / Fluency in written & spoken English
