Job Description:

Bastien and Associates, Inc. is a mid-size architecture firm located in Tustin, CA. and is seeking an individual to fill an administrative position to support the Office Manager.  The position will include assisting firm leadership in managing office finances, including accounts receivable, accounts payable and payroll.  Additionally, the role will include coordinating day-to-day office operations of greeting visitors, preparing for meetings, general human resources tasks, backing up the Receptionist and handling office duties such as ordering and restocking the print room and kitchen with supplies. 



  • Experience in Office Administration and understanding of administrative procedures
  • Architectural Office experience a plus
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Self-Starter and quick learner; a desire to exceed expectations
  • Proficient in MS Word and Excel
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks
  • Knowledge of AIA Contract Documents software a plus
  • Human Resources experience a plus


Salary, Benefits and Hours:

  • Salary is commensurate with experience 
  • Hours are flexible and consideration will be given to both Part Time and Full Time arrangements
