You are a mid to high-level candidate who is motivated and engaged to learn and help grow a young/emerging architecture firm. You are committed to impacting our client’s lives in a profound way through the work we do in the built environment. You are constantly striving to bring new and interesting solutions to complex problems, while remaining focused on our clients’ goals, interests, desires and of course budget. The end goal is beautifully crafted projects, both creatively and technically that can inspire our clients and passer byes alike.  


A. Michael Architecture, PLLC is a Dallas, Texas based creative Architecture and Design studio. We have passion for unique, bespoke solutions that are rooted in the timeless principles of design and craft. Our process is centered around the art of architecture, and results in client centered, one-of-a-kind designs that aim to inspire. This approach has set the foundation for a body of work that aspires to not only perfectly match our client’s vision, but to produce award-winning projects in a variety of styles in DFW, Texas and Beyond. We are excited to begin filling out our team with individuals that share our passion for design and craft while working in a low ego, highly collaborative work environment.

  • Performs construction phase services
  • Can think creatively – big thinker/problem solver
  • Maintains meeting notes and field notes
  • Develops and documents projects throughout the entire design process
  • Performs/Verifies code and site research in a variety of municipalities.
  • Provides detailed sets of Construction Documents
  • Maintains contact with clients, consultants, and contractors as needed


  • Minimum 3-7 years of professional experience, preferably in residential design
  • Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time and meet deadlines
  • Professionally Accredited BArch or MArch Degree required
  • Must be able to work in a collaborative, open environment
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and Sketch-Up
  • Able to work independently and in a team environment
  • Detail-oriented and self-motivated
  • Proficient with technical detailing
  • Strong sketch capabilities a bonus
  • Strong Graphic and presentation capabilities a bonus
