PRAXIS3 is currently seeking a Project Manager within our growing multidisciplinary design team in Atlanta, GA. The ideal candidate
would be responsible for managing employees and consultants to ensure that all steps and procedures are taken and that all work is
completed as planned. We’re looking for an experienced project manager with at least 8 years of experience on ground-up buildings
and technical remodels. The ideal candidate will have experience with commercial steel-framed buildings ranging from 15,000 – 150,000sf. As part of our team, it is crucial to meet schedules, budget and design objectives while maintaining a clear line of communication with the client and senior team members. Our team broadly specialize in retail, automotive, financial, workplace, higher education, hospitality, and mixed-use / housing design. Job Description:
· Function as the primary contact for all communication between the client and Praxis3, ensuring timely resolution of client concerns and
management of business issues including contracts and additional services.
· Be responsible for the complete integration of design and technical aspects of the project and for the clear and
timely communication of information to the project team and compliance with the project team’s goals.
· Manage scheduling, budgets, staffing, project set-up with clients, sub-consultants, vendors and contractors.
· Must know Revit and with experience managing a team working in Revit
· Manage internal and external project team.
· Track financial performance of projects.
· Maintain client relationships, for both single projects and multi-project accounts.
· Ensure projects conform to contract.
· Oversee the management of project database libraries and Experience in preparation of architectural construction documents
· Direct, organize, and mentor junior staff with responsibility for oversight.
· Have strong time management skills.
· Proficiency with MS Office Suite
· Experience with automotive dealerships or retail rollout a plus
· Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
· Ideal candidate will be a registered or actively working towards registration
