Fluidity Design Consultants is seeking a BIM Manager for our small, design-focused studio. We are a water feature design studio working on projects all over the world with a variety of leading architecture and landscape architecture firms. The BIM Manager will work with project teams from concept through construction and lead the process of generating digital models and project information in Revit. BIM Manager responsibilities include BIM workflow, promoting modeling best practices, template management, family creation and clash detection. We are currently, primarily working in Rhino and AutoCAD, with our Revit work growing quickly. You should be ready to jump into projects to handle Revit coordination, act as a knowledge resource for staff and perform some modeling as necessary to meet deadlines.


  • Participate in collaborative design process from concept through construction documents
  • Develop and maintain Revit template files, BIM policies, and workflow manual
  • Institute and manage office training sessions to increase Revit expertise office wide
  • Oversee and manage the production of Revit models
  • Coordinate, manage, and develop BIM family libraries
  • Serve as the in-house BIM expert and resource for staff
  • Maintain, update, distribute, and provide clarifications to/for the BIM Execution Plan
  • Institute and lead BIM Quality Control efforts including clash detection and proper modeling, and adherence to standards
  • Regular model management administration and maintenance


  • Industry experience required in Architecture, Landscape, or Engineering – Design background preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Architecture or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with BIM using Revit platform, Dynamo experience a plus
  • Must be able to communicate BIM concepts to all levels of users
  • Must be extremely organized
  • Must be able to legally work in the US
