Zakian Woo Architects is seeking an experienced individual to provide office administration services for an architectural office. This person will help maintain an orderly office environment and assist the Principal and Project Teams. 

Skills and Experience

At least 5 year of prior administrative experience is preferred, ideally in an architecture office.

Ability to effectively multitask and handle position with minimal supervision

Strong communication skills

Tech-savvy, with competency in Windows 10, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and QuickBooks

Other Details

This is a part-time position of 25 - 35 hours per week

 Duties 

 - Accounts Payable

- Monthly project invoicing as needed

- Accounts Receivable 

- Bank Deposits

- Payroll

- Assist with Principal’s personal needs as needed

- Maintain Staff Medical Benefits

- Maintain Staff 401k 

- Assist with marketing duties

- Maintain professional insurance requirements

- Maintain supply inventory and purchase office supplies and equipment

- Assist with year-end tax preparation
