We have an immediate opening for a Project Manager/Contracts Coordinator to support our growing Hospitality studio.  The idea candidate is an experienced Project Manager with a concentration on Contract Administration and Accounting.

What You’ll be Doing:

  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Working with a team of Project Managers to assist in the overall, day to day management of projects, including all requisite duties such as setting up projects, writing contracts and staffing assignments.
  • Tracking deadlines, running financial reports, scheduling field visits, working with consultants and permit expediters, coordination with the admin assistant on production schedules
  • Support Project Managers with project initiation, monitoring and close outs.

What You’ll Need:

  • 5-7 years in an architectural, design, engineering or construction firm
  • Bachelor’s in a related field and industry knowledge – Architecture, Interior Design, Construction
  • Proficiency in Deltek Vision, Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Bluebeam Revu required.
  • Knowledge of NewForma a plus.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work on multiple projects with different teams
