 Who We Need

 We are seeking applicants for a full-time Project Manager position with a minimum of 8 years of experience. Applicants must have a highly detailed mindset and willingness to wear many hats. Applicant must be self-motivated and have a passion for design and the design process. Great communication skills and enthusiasm is a must. Applicant will take a project from start to finish and be heavily involved in client interactions. We are looking for individuals that want to grow into leadership roles within our firm and be part of our community. 

 Project Design/Process

  • Work directly with Design Principal to lead the architectural project process from inception to completion on large projects

  •  Lead and coordinate communications with clients, consultants, and the internal architectural team

  • Lead & coordinate effective 3D design and BIM modeling as well as graphic/digital production of presentations and record documents

  • Leading team integration of building systems, construction details and finishes into the overall design while adhering to building and accessibility codes while overseeing a project’s construction administration and close out


  • Architect/Designer with a minimum of 8 Years of Experience– Residential Architecture experience is a must

  • Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Architecture

  • Experience in all phases of the project delivery process

  • AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, Sketchup and advanced proficiency in Revit

  • Ability to be organized to meet deadlines and multi-task

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a small office setting

  •  Graphic sensibility is a must
