The Marketing/Graphics Coordinator’s responsibilities will include oversight of branding, marketing, social media outlets, website management, company graphics, proposals, and RFP responses. In support of the internal focus, the Marketing/Graphics Coordinator will also represent us (teaming with the firm Partners) to develop, evaluate, and grow strategic relationships as a source of future business.

The candidate who will thrive in this position will be a passionate design-savvy, self-starter who can see the big picture, work well under pressure, desire to connect the company's vision, possess a sense of ownership, and have a sharp eye for design and detail.  


  • Manage and ensure high-quality, on-time delivery of all Marketing related Materials (awards, publications, presentations)
  • Working closely with Partners and Teams Leads on the development of RFP responses and related business development inquires
  • Working with architectural project teams to find, collect, and curate relevant materials for project publications (print and digital)
  • Schedule and coordinate project photography
  • Organize and archive all marketing/graphic related materials
  • Maintain and update the official website, social media accounts
  • Compose and distribute brochures, newsletters, publications, and presentations with relevant project assets and information
  • Experiment with new technology and platforms to leverage marketing efforts internally and externally
  • Manage and maintain Marketing/Graphics equipment and supplies for graphics efforts – ready to go at a moment's notice   

 Required Skills and Knowledge

  • Expertise and understanding of the applications of marketing and branding
  • Strong 2D graphic composition (image, color, text, flow) sensibilities
  • Confidence in crafting project narrative statements describing projects
  • Marketing and graphics-related software platforms, including Microsoft Office, Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, 3D Cadd Programs, WordPress, social media platforms, business development database software, etc. 
  • Ability to produce newsletters, RFP responses, and press releases
  • Knowledge of managing the development of marketing materials, including portfolios, books, catalogs, brochures, and materials for various project pursuits
  • Strong Editing and Proofreading skills
  • Excellent time management, organization, and communications skills. 
  • Awareness of market trends affecting the A/E/C industry, specifically commercial real estate development and luxury residential
  • Outreach to marketing-related organizations, conferences, awards, and speaking opportunities that would further create an external view and knowledge of the company
  • Work under tight deadlines to produce and submit award submissions
  • Evaluate and assess the strategic benefits of opportunities and partnerships
  • Communicate effectively in both written and verbal form
  • Ability to work in an organized manner
  • Serve as a team player and collaborator in a dynamic work atmosphere
  • Interpolate relevant information from various sources needed to complete a project
  • Multi-task between the diverse facets of marketing/graphics 


  • Five to ten years in marketing for an architectural or design-related field
  • Architectural/design education background is preferred
  • Experience working directly for/with commercial development entities is preferred
