  • Master of Architecture or a five-year Bachelor of Architecture Degree
  • Licensed Architect in the State of Colorado or eligible for reciprocity
  • A minimum of 4-6 years of experience is required
  • Must meet all governmental requirements to work in the United States for a minimum of 2 years.


  • Proven experience with projects from design through construction and skilled in technical detailing and generating permit documents
  • Be well organized with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • A high degree of proficiency in Revit; Sketchup, & Adobe Suite
  • Work well in a team-oriented studio environment
  • Large-scale commercial and high-rise project experience a plus


  • Participate in the design process while collaborating with Senior Designers and Project Managers
  • Manage various scales of projects from design and entitlements through contract administration with a high degree of technical ability including creating and/or coordinating project specifications
  • Develop building envelope and interior details
  • Coordinate and implement current building codes and other regulatory requirements
  • Manage project staff and coordinate with consultants through all phases of a project
  • Create project schedules, review project budgets, and generate progress reports
  • Review work performed by project staff
  • Willingness to travel
