Our work is at the forefront of incorporating best practices in passive and active sustainability principles, resilience, and wellbeing and active design strategies.


·         Manage sustainable mixed-use, residential, and institutional projects, from feasibility through construction administration with a potential focus on transforming existing buildings and developments.

·         Maintain primary contact and interface with client and consulting team.

·         Coordinate design and production of all phases, schematic design, design development and construction documents, including supervision of the project team.

·         Manage bid period and construction administration services, including site visits and coordination with the owner - private and/or public agency.


·         Strong organizational, communication, and design skills, with the ability to work independently. 

·         Excellent project delivery experience, including construction documentation and construction administration.

·         Wide ranging knowledge of architectural practice and construction.

·         Experience with adaptive re-use and moderate and gut rehab of existing buildings

·         Experience in New York City and familiarity with Building Codes and NYC Zoning Resolution a plus.

·         Experience with Landmarks Preservation Commission a plus

·         Commitment to and experience with sustainable design, resilient design and mixed use / multi-family housing a plus.

·         Professional architectural degree from an accredited institution.

·         Proficiency in REVIT required.

·         3D proficiency a plus.

·         US Architectural registration preferred

·         LEED / Passive House Certification a plus

·         Excellent English language communication and client interface skills

·         Legally eligible to work in the United States
