Overview: Lead all aspects of project management for high end, custom residential construction management company. Aspects include drawing and document management, financial management, and site supervision.

Responsibilities:

1.     Drawing and Document Management

a.   Manage and organize all drawing updates via Plangrid/Autodesk Build from design team (i.e architects, landscape architects, interior designers, structural and MEP engineers, consultants, etc.)

b.  Manage onboarding of all subcontractors and design team to Plangrid/Autodesk Build platform

c.   Initiate and manage all Shop drawing, Submittal, and RFI workflows with all necessary subcontractors

d.  Build and maintain all tracking logs for shop drawing and submittal submissions with Project Manager

e.  Assist Project Manager with recording and distributing Meeting Minutes for all meeting types

2.     Financial Management (Estimating, Accounting, and Insurance)

a.   Draft and help distribute Request for Proposal (RFP) requirements and manage follow-up for timely submission

b.  Assist Project Manager in building and updating subcontractor database

c.   Drafting and managing all sub-contractor agreement negotiations

d.  Manage monthly billing workflows to ensure invoices, change orders, and proposals are received for timely monthly requisition submissions

e.  Assist with takeoffs from architectural drawings and specifications

f.    Manage Change Order process to ensure approval is confirmed prior to new work commencing or delays are incurred

g.   Lead bid review process to ensure all design team specs are met in subcontractors’ proposals

h.  Ensure compliance by all Vendors & Consultants to insurance requirements

3.     Site Supervision

a.   Assist Site Supervisor in the weekly collection and archiving of site photos (regular, drone, and 360-cameras)

b.  Assist Site Supervisor in documenting daily tasks and Two Week Look-Ahead to ensure progress of overall Project Schedule

c.   Coordinate with Site Supervisor in coordinating overall Project Schedule

d.  Assist Site Supervisor in overall site organization needs and delivery management

e.  Assist Site Supervisor in logging and storing of all control samples and approved final samples and mockups

f.    Assist Site Supervisor in overall quality control and protection management

Misc. Needs

·      5+ Years professional experience

·      Architectural or Engineering experience

·      Weekly travel to multiple job sites and locations in Eastern Long Island and/or Connecticut

·      Microsoft Office Suite Experience

·      Cloud-Based Program Experience

·      AutoCad/Revit (preferred, not required)

·      Spanish Language (preferred, not required)

·      Work-From-Home available (1-2 days a week)
