PROJECT ARCHITECT (ARCHITECTURAL): JOIN THE SEBREE ARCHITECTS TEAM!

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

A full-time experienced registered Project Architect that is creative and strategic to join the Sebree Team to manage projects from the conceptual design phase through completion of construction.

  • Education: Bachelors or higher in Architecture (Accredited architecture degree)
  • Proficient with current AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Preferred candidates will also know their way around Revit™, SketchUp, and Adobe or Bluebeam.
  • Solid grasp of both local and national regulations, building standards and ADA design requirements.
  • Personable & professional presentation abilities in office and with clients.
  • Familiar with National Green Building Standards (NGBS) sustainability program. (preferred)
  • Familiar with Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) design and affordable-housing programs—Qualified Application Plan (QAP) requirements. (preferred)
  • Adhere to project schedules to meet contractual obligations.
  • Organize and keep all project records making you the go-to person for project information.
  • Provide quality, accuracy, compliance, and client satisfaction throughout all project phases.
  • Prepare project documents and coordinate specifications.
  • Balance active architectural duties with a leadership role in both designing and drafting building plans while coordinating with consultants during the project lifecycle.
  • Provide construction administration efforts through all construction phases.
  • Serve as a knowledge resource with the client, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
  • Light travel may be required.
