About the Role

We are seeking full-time intermediate designers with 2 to 5 years of work experience.

Candidates should have both creative and documentation skills, and experience turning design concepts into construction document sets. You will be working closely with a team of designers in a range of multi and single-family residential projects.


  • Design of interior spaces through 3D modeling and rendering.
  • Prepare design presentations.
  • Work with senior team members to develop designs and documentation. 
  • Create pricing/bid set drawings and construction drawings.  
  • Maintain project schedules. 
  • Outline material and FF&E palettes.
  • Assist in specification and sourcing. 
  • Communicate with project vendors, fabricators, contractors, and clients.
  • Manage FF&E procurement.


  • Fluency in Rhino and AutoCAD is a must.
  • Revit, V-Ray and Lumion experience is a plus.
  • Fluent in Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator.
  • Experience with custom millwork design and documentation.
  • Experience with materials selection and specification.
  • Experience producing coordinated, biddable FF&E packages. Knowledge of budgeting and contracting furniture dealers. 
  • Organized professional who is motivated, thorough, and comfortable working in a growing office.   

About You

This is a great opportunity to work on all aspects of a series of carefully crafted projects, with an emphasis on residential design. You will be responsible for designing together with the partners from conceptualization through construction documentation. This position is intended for a motivated self-starter looking to gain a many-sided experience in a growing studio.
