Li & Associates Design Studio is an NYC-based architecture & Interior design firm. We aim to create value for clients through distinct aesthetics and innovative thinking. LADS is dedicated to providing precise design services in collaboration with artists and consultants that range from retail, residential, commercial, and hospitality.

We are seeking a project architect to perform all phases of architectural work including planning, designing, and overseeing the construction. You will be involved in extensions, alterations, restorations, and conservations from the earliest stages right through to completion. The goal is to match client’s needs and to produce sustainable, functional, and aesthetically pleasing designs.

Experience:

  • Professional architecture/interior design degree from an accredited institution.
  • 3-5 years of experience in architecture and interior design.
  • A highly professional ability to be self-directed and thorough with close attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage various projects simultaneously and able to work on short time frames and meet the deadline
  • Experience and comfort level in taking a leadership role on projects from initial concept through construction administration
  • Experience and ability to coordinate and produce construction documents while  maintaining and improving the accuracy of a BIM Model
  • Ability to communicate and coordinate effectively with consultants, clients, and contractors especially including construction administration experience and the ability to coordinate with all trades and consultants in the field.

Qualification:

  • Proficiency in Revit (Preferred), AutoCAD, and Adobe Suite.
  • Able to design 3D modeling skills & rendering in rhino, SketchUp.
  • Available to start within 2-3 weeks of the interview is preferred.
  • English & Chinese speaking preferred.
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States
