Architectural Team Member (3-5 years’ experience)

We are seeking new team members to assist project leads with all aspects our projects. These positions require self-motivated individuals, with strong verbal/written communication skills, who can work on multiple projects while coordinating effectively with colleagues and other design disciplines.  All team members wear many hats and work together to ensure quality project completion.

We are looking for individuals who enjoy working at a quick pace, who enjoy the small-office atmosphere, and who desire a good life-work balance

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years’ experience years working in an architectural office.

                   Or

  • 5-8 years’ experience years working in an architectural office.
  • BS in Architecture.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD required.
  • Construction Administration experience required.
  • Working knowledge of State and local building codes, Energy Code, and zoning codes, standards, and regulations.
  • Previous retail experience desirable

Gnich Architecture Studio, LLC is a multidisciplinary (Architectural / Engineering) firm located in close-in SE Portland, Oregon. Locally owned, we work both locally and nationally. Our specialty is Franchise based commercial kitchen/food service clients and coffee shops.

Compensation:
