We provide luxury residential architectural, interior and landscape design services to developers, builders and custom clients. We’re based in Nashville, TN, but are also serving clients in other regional cities. Nashville is ever growing, transforming and bright with creativity. We’re proud to be a part of it, the work we do and the responsibility we have to impact the city.

You can find out more about us on our website: or on instagram: @augusthouseco. We are a small team of architects and designers, but are growing fast, and in need of awesome people to join our team so we can continue to create and serve.

  • A collaborative team player and a delight to work with
  • The drive to get things done without needing to be micromanaged
  • Anticipate the needs of the project team, getting out ahead of potential roadblocks to ensure we work efficiently as a team

Skills needed to be successful:

  • 2-6 years of related experience
  • Professional degree in architecture (BArch, MAcrh, or equal)
  • Architect licensure is preferred but not required
  • Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Lumion and Adobe Creative Suites
  • High-level communication skills and emotional intelligence
  • Experience in presenting ideas professionally
  • Strong attention to visual details

You have to be a problem solver and a self-starter to work here. Here are the biggest problems we are working towards solving on a daily basis:

Serve people really well. We are artists at heart and strive to create amazing places for people live, but we also are here to serve. Many times that means pushing our clients to think bigger, but other times that means helping them achieve the vision they have for their home.

Deliver excellent projects. We’ve built this company by designing truly unique and altogether amazing houses, and by creating an unmatched experience for our clients along the way. In order to do that, many times it requires pushing ourselves to spend the extra effort to think (or rethink) through the design to get it right. Iteration is at the core of great design.

Get better everyday. In order to serve more and more people, we constantly have to be working towards delivering projects on time while finding ways to be more efficient on the next one. As we grow we have to evolve, both personally and professionally, so we can expand our reach to serve more people in Nashville as well as other regional cities.
