About ODP Architects:

O’Donnell Dannwolf and Partners is a 17 year old, mid-size firm based in Hollywood, FL. Our projects range from high-rise luxury residential, development masterplans, mid and low-rise urban mixed-use, hospitality, high-end retail, office, civic works, and custom single-family homes. We provide a full scope of design services, in addition to Executive Architect services, where we have collaborated with Zaha Hadid Architects, Foster+Partners, SHoP Architects, UNStudio, and others on projects across the Greater Downtown Miami and Tampa Bay areas.

Job Description:

We are currently seeking mid-level architectural staff candidates with focused experience on interiors. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 to 5+ years’ experience, preferably in luxury residential and hospitality design. Experience in working on high-rise projects would also be beneficial. Qualified candidates should exhibit strong and effective organizational and communication skills, a detail oriented approach to all phases of design, as well as the ability to confidently develop drawing packages among coordination of a larger team. Current positions available are partially remote with quick transition to in-office full time. Compensation to be commensurate with experience level.

Responsibilities Include:

· Have an active role on a multi-disciplined team and coordinate interior design packages through multiple phases of architectural projects

· Have an active participatory role in owner/client and internal coordination meetings, and participate in reviews with various governing agencies for code compliance

· Review architectural documents for areas of conflict with all disciplines and team members

· Contribute to larger set of construction documents and coordination efforts

· Review of interior shop drawing packages as needed throughout Construction Administration

· Excellent and clear communication skills to be used in a collaborative environment with team members and consultants throughout the project development in all phases

Desired Skills:

1. Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field is required

2. 3-5 years’ experience minimum

3. Professional proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite, work samples required

4. Strong team player with leadership potential

5. Strong design background with good research, technical, and detailing skills

6. Ability to develop and coordinate with consultants and team members to produce a larger construction drawings

7. General understanding of architectural and engineering systems, products, building materials, and specifications.

8. Experience in developing bespoke interior design concepts

9. Knowledge of millwork, furniture and finishes and an avid appreciation for overall design aesthetic

10. Solid knowledge of architectural design development, construction documents, codes, standards, and other disciplines.

11. 3D modeling and presentation skills a plus.

12. Demonstrated capacity for design sensitivity.

13. The ideal candidate will be able to grow into a role within the office that can manage the production and implementation of multiple projects through effective leadership and delegation

14. Ability to work collaboratively in an intensive, open office environment
