We are seeking a Senior Project Manager specializing in Construction Contract Administration to provide quality partnership for the SLR Design-Build Team to satisfy the project goals with regards to the scheduled completion, quality, and profitability, thus ensuring a project that meets SLR expectations.  The Senior Project Manager will have multiple project responsibilities and will report to the Quality Director.


  • Provide support to the Quality Director
  • Duties and Responsibilities: -
    • Administer the contract for construction for several projects in the Arizona market.
    • Collaborate with Design team and Architect of Record to respond to RFIs, Submittals, and request for substitution documents.
    • Process RFIs, Submittals, change orders, and supplemental instructions, verifying architectural and engineering plans, specifications and SLR program requirements.
    • Attend OAC meetings and generate monthly Field Reports
    • Review Pre-construction documentation provided by the Construction team.
    • Review project schedules and budgets and maintain project documentation.
    • Accumulate, evaluate, and present feedback information related to necessary changes in construction documents and CA processes.
    • Make substantial completion inspections/determination and review close-out documentation.


  • Education: College degree within the Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management industry.
  • Experience:  15+ years within the multifamily, mixed-use or hospitality industry with experience in both wood-frame construction and concrete construction.
  • Possess strong communication and organizational skills. A team player who possesses a positive attitude,  strong work ethic, and a high level of professionalism, who can handle multiple project assignments.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task.
  • Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel. AutoCAD and/or Revit.
