Position Responsibilities

  •  Prepare project documentation including reports, drawings and specifications during conceptual, schematic, design development and construction documentation phases.
  • Review submittals, RFI’s and substitution requests, and prepare field observation reports during the construction administration phase.  

  • Conduct site surveys.

  • Provide code analysis and prepare reports as required.

  • Provide technical guidance and solutions to project team members.

  • Lead and coordinate with project team members and consultants including structural, MEP, AV, telecom, lighting, acoustics, security and food services.

  • Lead communication with contractors and building officials.

  • Manage time and workload of own work efforts and those of the others to meet project task deadlines and commitments with occasional interaction and direction from team leaders.


Minimum Qualifications

  • Completion of a professional degree in Architecture, Interior Design or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of professional experience in Interior Architecture.

  • Professional licensure or certification process is close to completion.

  • Advanced understanding of interiors and architectural building materials and finishes, building systems, specifications, current and applicable building and fire codes, design and detailing standards and construction techniques. 

  • Effective communication skills with project teams, consultants and clients through timely and appropriate written, oral and visual means.

  • Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.  Rhino, Enscape, Adobe Suite and other graphic software are a plus.

  • LEED accreditation preferred.

  • International project experience is a plus.
