  • Establish and build a strong connection/relationship with the Client
  • Effectively communicate, train, mentor and motivate supporting staff
  • Promote and maintain positive morale amongst internal team members
  • Balance architectural project management for multiple projects simultaneously, while meeting, and exceeding, the expectations of the Client
  • Maintain a high level of performance in a fast-paced environment, adapting to and overcoming changing priorities and deadlines
  • Exhibit exceptional standards for quality and a strong attention to detail
  • Administer design with full understanding & acknowledgement of zoning ordinances, building codes and accessibility codes
  • Travel periodically to various sites across, conduct site assessments, meet with city officials and conduct pre-development analyses
  • Oversee production of Construction Documents and lead a project team through quality assurance and quality control
  • Deliver projects in alignment with our Client’s professional and technical standards
  • Establish deadlines and complete projects in a timely manner
  • Possess an ability to self-manage, as well as participate, in a highly collaborative team environment
  • Generate and coordinate project proposals with consultants and clients
  • Monitor and manage financial health of projects and provide periodic reports to internal leadership 
  • Responsible for training and implementing team initiatives 
  • Develop strategic plans based on forecasted growth potential


  • Five-Year Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Architecture from a NAAB Accredited University
  • Registered Architect (preferred)
  • Minimum 15 years of experience working as an architect in the architecture field with a minimum 5 years of progressive architectural project management experience
  • Minimum 3-year background in food service, preferably with quick service restaurant projects, retail and/or corporate prototypes (preferred)
  • Strong proven leadership, client management and project coordination abilities 
  • Experience in construction document production, permit acquisition and shop drawing review
  • Required thorough working knowledge of Autodesk (Revit and AutoCAD), Adobe (Photoshop and InDesign) and all Microsoft Office platforms 
  • Ability to cultivate relationships, both inside and out of the office
