GA Studio is looking for an experienced and organized Senior Project Manager to add to our team.

As Senior Project Manager, you will work within a program team in a dynamic, rapid-growth environment with a team of bright, talented engineers, architects, designers, builders, crafters, and manufacturers to deploy prototype buildings on multiple sites across the country. You will coordinate and manage a team of in house and consultant designers in the site adaptation of prototype healthcare projects.

Responsibilities include:        

  • Overall project management of building projects during permitting and construction phases
  • Managing deliverables to schedule milestones set by Program management.
  • Interface with client/ ownership team and their consultants, demolition and sitework builders
  • Lead the adaptation of standard permitting and field coordination documents with in house and outsourced resources during permitting and preconstruction phases.
  • Coordinate site specific requirements with program design team
  • Manage implementation of program changes in a fast-moving and dynamic project environment
  • Management, collaboration and mentorship of diverse, motivated project team.

Applicants should be prepared to share a work portfolio and demonstrate Job Qualifications as follows:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture or related field
  • 8-10 years professional experience, medical design a plus
  • Project management experience
  • Proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD
