Clemens Bruns Schaub & The Associates Studio (TAS) is an award winning, high-end residential multi-discipline design firm (Architecture, Interior Architecture, & Landscape Design).  Although Clemens Bruns Schaub & The Associates Studio’s focus is high-end residential tropical architecture, we are proficient in various architectural styles, and have earned wide recognition for tailored, detailed, and well-balanced designs for over 40 years.

Located in Vero Beach, Florida, TAS is seeking a well-qualified, self-motivated, and multi-faceted Architect/Architectural Staff with a professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch) and a minimum of 3-5 years of related work experience. Licensure is preferred but not required. Extensive experience in detailing high end custom homes is preferred. Excellent Archicad, Revit, or Sketchup knowledge for 3D and complete construction documents preferred (firm uses Archicad). Knowledge of Photoshop preferred. Microsoft Word and Excel skills is required. Demonstrated proficiency in all phases of project management, from schematic design to construction documentation and administration, is essential. The Architect/Architectural Staff will work closely with the Team, for the timely achievement of project responsibilities. TAS maintains a studio atmosphere, and the Architect/Architectural Staff must possess strong communication, critical thinking and interpersonal skills to thrive in a collaborative environment. You will be involved from the beginning concept of the project through completion of construction including client and contractor interaction. This allows for a complete and rewarding experience that is elevating and provides professional growth.
