The Interiors Architect will be expected to:

  • Perform required regulatory, ordinance, and code reviews  

  • Work with the design team to establish interior design goals and concepts

  • Effectively collaborate with our Construction and Millwork divisions during all phases of design and construction

  • Manage project FFE budgets, design fees, and schedule

  • Design and document interior focused spaces, e.g. kitchens and bathrooms

  • Design and detail millwork and other interior specialty construction

  • Source interior furniture, finishes, and equipment

  • Present interiors concepts to clients and manage client relationships. 

  • Produce the documentation necessary for the implementation of a project interiors package and incorporate it into project models and contract documents.

  • Coordinate with consultants and contractors as needed to achieve interiors goals.

  • Provide guidance in managing the office materials library.  

An ideal candidate:

  • Has a rigorous and developed approach to design
  • Demonstrates a high-level ability to think spatially 
  • Evokes a design pragmatism and understanding of our ethos


  • Architectural/Interior Design degree from an accredited program
  • 4 to 8 years professional work experience in a design practice 
  • Interior Design/Architecture license strongly preferred OR a viable path to licensure required. 
  • Experience using ArchiCAD preferred
