Senior Project Manager - Architecture

Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading in a team environment within the office and firm. Duties include planning, coordinating and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. He/She will also effectively lead, monitor, and present project updates to clients, project team members, executive staff, and other design team members as necessary. Other responsibilities include:

  • Set Project Timelines
  • Lead, Monitor, and Oversee Project Deliverables
  • Update stakeholders on the project progress
  • Coach and support project team members with tasks you assign them
  • Work with authorities and jurisdictions for Planning & Zoning and Permitting approvals
  • Develop relationships within the firm, with clients, and in our communities

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree or Masters Degree in Architecture
  • 15+ years experience in Design & Construction Documents, Construction Administration, and writing specifications
  • At least 15 years of project leadership and project management
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Proficient in Revit and Microsoft Office a must. PC proficiency required.
  • License preferred but not required
