Our team is looking to add a Program BIM Manager in support of a multi-billion-dollar airport capital Redevelopment Program. The redevelopment will occur in the middle of an active airport. The existing terminal and concourses will remain operational while the new facility is built in place in a phased approach. This position allows for the opportunity to be a major contributor to the growth of one of the busiest airports in the world as part of the design team. The position will report directly to the Program Digital Delivery Leader. This position requires the individual to be based at the airport with the program management team.

**The position will be as part of a joint venture team and the selected candidate will be hired by one of the JV partners.


  • Review Contractor and Tenant deliverables for compliance with Digital Governance, across multiple Capital Improvement Projects.
  • Support review of Contractor and Tenant submittals for performance against design requirements, and spatial coordination, across multiple Capital Improvement Projects.
  • Assist with management of client's BIM 360 Project Hub, including migration of design, construction, and as-built data.
  • Coordinate BIM implementation, and enforcement of client standards on all related BIM projects, files, and models. 
  • Assist with enabling BIM documentation and workflow processes including 4D, 5D and 6D components. 
  • Facilitate the utilization of BIM as a part of design reviews including the use of clash detection and visualization.
  • Support BIM interface with document management system and design review process.
  • Oversee implementation of Paperless Jobsite Methodology and support uptake by Program Management staff.


  • Degree in architecture or building/civil engineering.
  • 4-7 years of total professional experience across design and construction phases on large developments or infrastructure projects.
  • 2 years of experience in a BIM focused role.
  • High level proficiency in Autodesk Revit or Civil 3d, and Navisworks.
