Supervisor: Principal
In this role, you'll handle a wide variety of tasks and responsibilities, including general administrative support and assistance on special projects. You will also support the company’s strategic marketing and business development initiatives on a wide range of projects.
Location: Eugene

Duties and Responsibilities
Maintain a management system for project and staff information
Maintain government forms such as firm registration, COBID Certification, etc.
Assemble Construction Documents and facilitate project permit processes including coordination with municipalities, document preparation, and submittal
Support project team workflow needs, including meeting and document preparation
Manage ad hoc projects at senior leadership’s request
Conduct billing activities in collaboration with Principals and Bookkeeper
Track public and private project opportunities; undertake market and client research as directed
Develop proposals and statements of qualifications, including coordinating all elements of pursuits: strategy development, project management with the pursuit team, formatting, editing/review, proofreading, and brand adherence
Author and/or edit content for additional marketing activities and collateral (such as keeping boilerplate and project descriptions up to date and organized)
Any other duties as assigned
Education and Experience
BS or BA degree in Marketing, Journalism, Business, or a related field is preferred
Preferred experience providing support at the executive level; professional demeanor
Professional experience and interest in best practices within the field of architecture, engineering, or construction preferred
2-3 Years of accounts payable and billing experience preferred
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
· Demonstrated ability managing and prioritizing multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines, including the ability to communicate detailed information to a diverse audience at a professional level
Ability to maintain confidentiality internally/externally
High level of comfort with technology and demonstrated experience with a variety of software applications, including MS Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and Google Docs
Team player with the ability to interact effectively with people from diverse cultural and educational backgrounds
Demonstrates a sense of ownership, focusing on and driving critical issues to closure
Flexible; not bothered by interruptions
Proactive and willing to take on any job that needs to be done
