We are looking for a new team member who wants to be part of a rigorous, thoughtful and flexible team environment. This position flexes from 15-30 hours per week based on our work load with the possibility of growing into a full-time position over time.

A qualified candidate will...

• Have a professional degree in Architecture, Bachelor’s or higher, from an accredited architecture program
• Have 4+ years of full-time experience in an architecture firm
• Have experience drawing construction details for residential projects
• Be proficient in Revit as well as Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
• Have skill in creating architectural visualizations and graphics
• Have a strong understanding of the building and municipal codes
• Have excellent communication skills, oral and written with clients, consultants and internal project team
• Have experience reviewing and assuring document accuracy for clients, consultants and project teams
• Have strong time management and organizational skills while working on multiple tasks on multiple projects
• Be able to both work independently and collaborate with a team of people
• Have a positive and optimistic attitude
