The award winning New York based interior design firm Drake/Anderson is seeking an Architectural and Interior Visualization Designer to join our team to participate in a wide range of high end residential projects.

The Architectural and Interior Visualization/Designer will be responsible for creating detailed photorealistic renderings for our wide range of luxury interior and construction design projects as well as custom furniture and fixture designs. Additionally the role will require development and production of construction drawings/documents/schedules as directed by firm principals and the Director of Construction Design.      

Job Requirements: (Minimum)

• Ability to create detailed  3D renderings using  3ds Max, V-Ray, Corona Render and Photoshop
• Demonstrated creative abilities, sketching, conceptual rendering, and space planning.
• Knowledge of furniture, fixture and cabinet construction detailing and methods.
• AutoCad
• Ability to create basic 3D renderings using in 3ds Max, V-Ray, Corona Render and Photoshop
• Sketchup
• Exceptional communications skills, written and verbal.
• Ability to work self-sufficiently, multi-task and prioritize tasks/assignments.
• Accustomed to managing multiple concurrent assignments.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Good understanding of building codes, ADA code and interior standards.
• Excellent working knowledge of AutoCAD and Adobe Suite.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel).
• Bachelor degree required, focus in architecture or interior architecture
