Employer:Ford 3 Architects, LLC of Lambertville, NJ is currently seeking a creative, responsible, and self-motivated mid-career architect to join our office. The right candidate will be ready to lead and fully execute smaller projects while working as part of a team for larger ones. The firm is focused on local and regional projects, incorporating sustainable design strategies in new construction, adaptive use, and historic preservation projects. Our primary market areas are higher education, secondary schools, offices, private residences and historic preservation. We are currently working primarily remotely but maintain a flexible supportive workplace at all times as well as offering health insurance and other benefits.

Ford 3 Architects is a certified WBE firm offering Architectural & Interior Design services with a focus on creating buildings & spaces for working, living and education. We really enjoy bringing our client’s ideas to life; providing excellent design that also meets their schedule and budget. Our approach to design takes problems our clients have and turns them into opportunities. The partners opened the firm as a way to continue doing the work we enjoy in an collaborative atmosphere, both within the office and with our clients. We really like making things including furniture or specialty items for our designs and have close relationships with many contractors and local craftsman that allow us to offer this level of service to our clients.
