Interior Architect - Hospitality & Multi-family

Multi-disciplinary office in Seattle seeks an intermediate designer to join their hospitality practice studio. This studio consists of about 3-5 people, and they are very hands-on with projects from start to finish! This role is open to both architects and interior designers (no need to be licensed). Candidates with experience in Construction Administration also encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Design interior spaces that are conceptually developed, beautiful, and buildable, considering architecture, interior design, landscape, furniture, lighting, artwork, and finishes/materials
• Develop space planning studies
• Produce sketches in Revit with multiple options; render in Enscape
• Quickly produce presentations of interior space design with material selections
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, fabricators and other project team members
• Construction Administration of projects, including reviewing submittals and finish samples

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience (post-graduate experience at an architecture or interiors firm)
• Bachelor's degree minimum in Architecture or Interiors
• Experience in interior architecture design in hospitality or multifamily residential (no FFE only designers please)
• Excellent in Revit, Adobe Creative Suite required. Enscape proficiency preferred but not required
• Knowledge of FF&E design preferred
• You have worked on 3-5 interior projects in a hands-on capacity, touching every part of the project. You ideally have 1 project that has been built, and you can show us photos of the built project.
