JPark Architects is currently looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Project Architect to join our boutique firm located in Los Angeles, Koreatown/Mid-Wilshire Area. Candidates should be able to exhibit the following qualifications:

• Min. 8 years of experience
• Professional degree in Architecture
• Demonstrates experience working on TOC & Destiny Bonus Multi-Unit Apartment projects
• Demonstrates experience working on Design Development to Construction Document phases, including Permitting and Construction Administration
• Demonstrates ability in technical proficiency
• Experience working with local permitting agencies and working knowledge of current building codes
• Experience coordinating with consultants
• AutoCAD, Revit & Sketchup skills required
• Must be eligible to work in the United States
• Salary shall be commensurate with skill level and experience
