We are looking for a passionate, driven architect with 5-15 years of experience to join our mission driven firm. We believe that architecture, at its best, can uplift and inspire everyone, and our mission is to design for every socio-economic group, every community, especially those that have traditional been underserved, and we are looking for people who share that drive. Our projects range from small garage conversions for low-income families, homeless shelters, commerical interiors, up through multi-tenant food halls. 

Responsibilities

• Work with clients directly and lead an internal team through all phases of a project
• Communicate at a high level about design, budgets, schedules
• Work with other project managers to coordinate team schedules and responsibilities
• Feasibility studies of zoning and codes for multi-family housing projects, including pre-design massing studies and site design

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• 5+ years of experience in construction and architecture
• Experience designing and managing multi-unit housing projects
• Strong organizational, creative and presentation skills
• Proficient in Revit (even though we use ArchiCad)
