Boutique Architecture and Interiors firm seeks motivated architectural designer for high-end custom residential projects.  Projects consist of new large residences and historical renovations. 

DUTIES INCLUDE:

• Pre Design project research
• Integrating initial ideas into schematic designs (2D and 3D)
•  Integration of schematic designs into design development documents
• Coordinating work with consulting engineers
• Interacting with appropriate government permitting agencies
• Assisting in construction observation and general project management

NECESSARY SKILLS:

• Autocad Expertise
• Excell
• Photoshop
• Illustrator
• Sketchup
• Any hand sketching abilities a plus

Experience and a thorough and efficient knowledge of residential construction and auto-cad are essential.  Samples of private residential design drawings, and construction documents you have completed will be required at interview.  Abilities may be tested.  Beginning salary dependent on abilities and experience conveyed at start, with regular increases as ability and willingness for added responsibility is shown and a full understanding of any additional talents and abilities is gained.
